Yes, every watch we sell is 100% authentic and undergoes rigorous verification by our in-house experts. We source our timepieces from reputable dealers and trusted collectors, ensuring that each watch is genuine and in excellent condition. On the extreme off-chance that the watch is inauthentic (which has never happened before), we will provide a full refund and write you a $10,000CAD cheque.
2. Do your watches come with box and papers?
We offer both "Box & Papers" watches (complete sets with original documentation) and "Naked" watches (without box and papers). Each listing clearly states what is included. A watch without box and papers is still 100% authentic and has been verified by our experts.

Due to the nature of high-value watches, all sales are final. However, if there is a legitimate issue with authenticity or a major discrepancy in the listing, we will work with you to find a resolution.
12. Do your watches come with a warranty?
Pre-owned watches do not come with a manufacturer’s warranty unless they are still under factory coverage. However, we offer a 1-year mechanical guarantee on select models to ensure proper function.
13. How often should I service my luxury watch?
Rolex, AP, and Patek Philippe recommend servicing every 5-10 years, depending on usage. We can connect you with certified watchmakers for maintenance and servicing.
